SPRING Singapore www.spring.gov.sg is the enterprise development agency for growing innovative companies and fostering a competitive SME sector. They work with partners to help enterprises in financing, capabilities and management development, technology and innovation, and access to markets. As the national standards and accreditation body, SPRING also develops and promotes internationally-recognised standards and quality assurance to enhance competitiveness and facilitate trade.
The ODM group opened our office in Singapore in 2006 with the help of Singapore Economic Development Board www.SEDB.com under the LEAP programme. Through our new partners at Spring Singapore we will now have access to significant funding, facilities and a higher profile locally. This will help strengthen our position as the leading inventions incubator in Singapore.
