Pocari Sweat has launched a new gift with purchase promotion in Hong Kong. Along with a pack of 2 bottles comes with a free camera lens (HK$24=US$3). The lens is attached to the camera via a layer of reusable sticky gel.
The camera lens comes with a key ring for convenience and portability. Lens cap gives good logo positioning (since those having pictures taken are looking at the camera) serving as a good reminder to consumers of the brand.
To capture special effect pictures, simply stick the jelly lens onto the lens of the camera and snap pictures – see below example. Available in 4 other designs (mirage, sparkle, focus, heart)
This gimmick is an interesting promotional gift for many industries – great that we can also adapt to fit mobile phones, as well as many handheld mini cameras.
