24th October United Nation’s Day

United Nation’s Day falls on the 24th of October every year. United Nations (UN) organization is a congregation of countries throughout the globe, dedicated to maintain world peace and the betterment of humanity. In fact, more than 100 countries are involved in the large range of humanitarian programs organized such as environmental and health related issues.

This is the anniversary of UN’s assembly, United Nation’s Day which has been celebrated since 1947.  All participating nations in UN mark this day and many activities are organized, devoted to increase the level of awareness UN has achieved to garner the support of people. Events such as exhibitions, discussions and fairs are some of the many areas where promotional campaigns can be carried out.
