During my recent trip back to Singapore, I visited Universal Studio Singapore to apply for the Annual Pass Fun. To my surprise, welcome promotional gifts were given away and one of them includes the transformers pin as shown on the right!

This is a perhaps one of their marketing and advertising tool as this new ride would be opened soon! This promotional item comes in the shape of the character, creating distinct outlines and better visuals when seen by others.

Pins makes great tokens, merchandise or as gifts for your customers. It can be customized in terms of shape, size, colour and material. You may even consider PVC material for kids.

Universal Studio Singapore Promotional Lanyard...

This promotional lanyard was also given away together with the Annual Pass Card. A very conventional item that is useful for theme parks, allowing you to keep items such as cash safely too. This promotional product also allows room for branding as printing of logo could be done along the sides.

The celebration of Chinese New Year(CNY) continues for the entire lunar month. Same for related promotions, marketers tap on this opportunity to prolong their promos to raise as much sales as possible. Take a look at the CNY promo that Starbucks is currently holding.

Starbucks is selling CNY promo bundles, each includes a complete set of 12 zodiac themed gift vouchers, beverage coupon and limited edition red packets. Our favorite will be the gift vouchers. Very interesting with combination of traditional zodiac signs, giving it a pleasant twist. Red packet as promo gift is also an excellent way to market your brands as they will be given out/distributed around. However, there is something strange about this promotion. Calendars were not mentioned in the promo bundle although they were printed on the poster. This mistake might cause confusion, making it an ineffective promotion.
